Why I like bartending: This job has taught me how to be an incredible conversationalist. I can empathize and talk to anyone about anything. Itís the best form of social networking. I see people at their best and their worst, and I just do my best to make them feel comfortable either way.

Bar: Honeychilds Bar, Dunmore

Favorite drink: The Professional: 1.5 oz. blueberry vodka, 1.5 oz. whipped vodka, cranberry and pineapple juice. Shake well until frothy and serve in a pint glass.
