Bartender of the Week: Sheila Sankar


Why I like bartending: I think people should love their jobs. Every day I get to be entertained by all the great people I meet, and sometimes I get them drunk, which makes them even more fun.

Bar: Blu Wasabi, Dickson City

Favorite drink: The Wet Cucumber: Hendricks gin, club soda, splash of 7UP. Muddle mint, lime, cucumber. Add simple syrup and serve with cucumber.
