Why I like bartending: I prefer to call myself a “taste chemist.” It’s more fun than milking cows, and it provided me the great opportunity to meet Jimmy McGrath. And…pants optional.

Favorite drink: The Stalter bomb: 1 oz. Parrot Bay passionfruit rum, 1/2/ oz. DeKuyper RazzMaTazz, splash cranberry juice, splash ginger ale, 2 oz. Rino Energy Drink. Serve as a drink or shot.
