Buy fresh, buy local. Sounds great in theory, but can it really be done?
At a garden dinner party in South Scranton last weekend, Pennsylvania wines were matched by The Times-Tribune’s Winestein columnist Dave Falchek to courses selected in the spirit of summer and prepared almost exclusively with foods from local farms in Luzerne, Lackawanna, Wayne and Susquehanna counties.
