Let's face it - no one's coming to bring you breakfast in bed anytime soon. That is, until the butler gets back from vacation. Until then, if you want a morning meal you're going to have to set your alarm and wake up early just like everyone else, right? Wrong. Thanks to Aroma Cafe's new all-day breakfast menu, it's easy to enjoy your eggs no matter what time of day.

Following a rowdy wake up by some of my housemates at around 1:30 p.m., I pulled myself out of bed and threw on a pair of Sunday sweatpants. Dressed to kill, we headed just across the street from the University of Scranton campus to the newly reopened Aroma Cafe.

The furnishings of the building are very welcoming and offer a great environment for anyone looking to take the time to sit and enjoy some of Aroma's numerous coffee, shake, smoothie and soda options. A TV mounted just above the fireplace offers the perfect place to catch the game or catch up on some reading.

Unfortunately for us, a lot of other people seemed to have the same all-day breakfast craving we did. Everyone from doctors from the local hospitals to students seemed to be stopping in for lunch. With one cook, the line was anything but fast, but this offered us plenty of time to make our selections from the vast menu complete with gourmet sandwiches, paninis, salads, baked goods and much more.

When it came time to finally place our orders, there was no hesitation on my part. I decided to go with "The Bull," a panini made up of roast beef, cheddar cheese, bacon and barbeque sauce all grilled on your choice of crispy white or whole wheat bread ($6.65 for a whole). It turns out a whole sandwich is actually the equivalent to two sandwiches. I may not like to admit it, but the whole sandwich got the best of me. I had enough food left over to take some home in a doggie bag.

Some other favorites among the group were the "Delmar" (turkey, American cheese, bacon with a spinach artichoke spread, $4.65) and the classic bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel ($2.25).

Another great reason to stop in is Aroma's new, organic selections. They're the perfect way to eat healthy and still enjoy a gourmet meal, all for less than 10 bucks.

It was settled - Aroma Cafe's sandwiches were a hit. Taking home a doggie bag definitely seemed like the right idea because it's only a matter of time before the craving for another Aroma sandwich sneaks around the corner.
