Zazen meditation instruction in the Rinzai Zen tradition under the guidance of Abbot Genro Milton Sensei. Includes Zazen and chanting, walking Zen, and tea service. Beginners welcome. Wear baggy loose long pants or long skirt in neutral colors and a sleeved top (No tank tops or shorts). Vegetarian snack offerings welcome.
