Letters to Sala: A Young Woman's Life in Nazi Labor Camps

During the five years Sala Garncarz was incarcerated in work camps during World War II, she hid more than 300 letters, photographs, postcards and other documents from her Nazi captors. This traveling exhibition was inspired by a similar display of Garncarz' collection presented at The New York Public Library in Spring 2006.
